Seated Acupressure Massage uses points on the back, neck, shoulders, arms and head to stimulate the circulation and the nervous system. You are treated in a specially designed ergonomic chair and you are fully clothed. Benefits include relief of aches and pains in shoulders, neck, back and arms, relief of headaches and eye strain and stress. This is the perfect option for a quick treatment. You are left with a feeling of "alert relaxation"; you can return to daily life or work immediately.
